Return Policy:
Every item sold comes with a 6 month guarantee from purchase date against defects. If a product is defective in any way, please call our customer care department at 909-593-9450 to verify the defect (please see the qualifying criteria below necessary for returns with Flint Toner). Please be prepared, upon verification, with the following information:

What has been attempted thus far to resolve the printer problem, as well as the following:
- Flint Toner Product number with bar code
- Description of the printer problem you are experiencing
- When did this printer problem occur?
- How long have you had this printer problem?
- Has this printer problem happened before?
- Can the printer problem be re-created?

Upon successful completion of the above, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that will be valid for 15 days. All returns are subject to the following:
- All products must be returned in original packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges refundable for defective products only.
- Consumables are not refundable unless returned unopened in original packaging with documentation.

Returns for any reason other than defects are as follows:
- The item must be in the original package, unopened, and factory sealed.
- The item must have a purchase date of 15 days or less from the time of ordering.
- A 15% restocking charge will be applied.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
